What the Y159 Actually Does

One braided loop, three jobs: it stops the drop, keeps the device on your wrist, and frees both hands for everything else.

The Y159 is a braided wrist strap with a 360° swivel connector. The loop goes around your wrist and the TPU clip slides between the phone and its case, so the phone hangs from your wrist instead of sitting loose in a pocket. Tighten the slider against the wrist and the cord stops moving — that snug fit is what delivers the anti-slip and anti-fall protection.

Because the metal clip rotates a full turn, the strap follows your hand instead of twisting the cord, so it will not kink or tangle in a bag. The 7 mm braided cord is soft on the skin, and the same loop hangs earphones, keys, a compact camera or a work badge.
