The Y379 is a 4-in-1 Pro Lanyard built around a 7 mm braided polyester cord. Wear it short on the wrist, run it out around the neck, or wear it across the body: the quick-adjust slider sets the length anywhere from 80 to 150 cm without tools, and a quick clip detaches the loop so the strap moves from one carry to the next in seconds. For a phone, the TPU insert patch slides between the phone and its case, so the strap fits most phone cases with a hole. Note that some action cameras do not have a native 1/4"-20 thread and need a frame or a quick-release adapter, which is not included.

Two things move: the quick-adjust slider, which sets the length anywhere from 80 to 150 cm along the cord, and the quick clip, which releases the loop in one movement. Leave it long and it wears across the body or over one shoulder; shorten it for a neck strap; pull it in tight for a wrist strap. Nothing has to be added or swapped between the three carries.
